"After one year of home coverage I was dropped from SF coverage - no changes or claims. Was told I had coverage through mid Feb to find replacement but during inquiry from my mortgage company they were told I was without coverage as of Jan 6. So unprofessional yet consistent with everything I read about State Farm. God forbid I actually would have needed a claim between Jan and Feb delta - would have been worthless paper."

"Hi Lerry ... I understand how frustrating it can be when insurance companies need to move off risks. Sometimes claims are the reason, but there are other valid reasons as well. We do have to have tough conversations with customers, and I can see the notes in the system that we discussed the underwriting reason why with you. I do think there is some confusion, because you do still have coverage through 2/18/25, and State Farm is absolutely standing behind that coverage you have had and continue to have until the 18th.
