"I am mostly out of state but have a home and vehicle in North Carolina. As a result, I usually need things to be done on very short notice and whilst I am in town. I have always been able to reach Tyler Konzen at Scott's office immediately and, I have never encountered a problem that has not been resolved within the hour by Tyler. Not to put too fine a point on it but being non-resident in NC has made certain things quite complicated. That has never been a problem for Scott's team. I don't often leave reviews but when I receive such outstanding service as I do from Tyler and Scott, I feel I ought to try to share that experience and that privilege with others. If you are looking for an insurance broker, look no further, these guys are at the very top of their game and their service is unmatched in my experience."

He reached out proactively before my policy expired, reviewed everything I had, matched my coverage, and saved me $2000 - Without ever being pushy. He was professional, friendly and clearly knew his stuff. The fact that he remembered to follow up months after we first met, says a lot about how he operates. "Out of numerous head companies, this company was able to give me a actual affordable rate that was nearly half the size of the monthly payment compared to many competitors, I appreciate the opportunity given by State Farm, for I cannot say my driving record is spotless by no means, Recent moved to North Carolina several years back took a transitioning when it came to traffic compared to Tennessee, So I learned a lot over the course of the last several years, However, within that time, I had a couple accidents, but this company gives you Not only a fire shake, but a chance as well. For that, I am very appreciative of and I give you five stars!"
